Nitrile Rubber Foam Rolls are high-performance elastomeric insulation materials designed for thermal insulation in HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial piping systems. Thanks to their high flexibility, they are easy to install and adapt to complex surfaces, while also preventing the formation of fungus and mold.
The most important insulation property is thermal conductivity. Due to the stable air trapped within the closed-cell structure of SHENZHOU nitrile rubber foam and its low thermal conductivity, heat transfer is significantly reduced. This ensures that surface temperatures remain stable and energy efficiency is improved, with a typical thermal conductivity value of approximately 0.035 W/m·K.
Manufactured with a controlled density (≤95 kg/m³) and high closed-cell rate, SHENZHOU rubber foam roll ensures long-term insulation performance and excellent resistance to water vapor permeability, maintaining efficiency over time even in demanding environments.
SHENZHOU rubber foam rolls also provide reliable fire resistance. In the event of fire, the material does not support flame spread in either vertical or horizontal directions.
