Shenzhou Formaldehyde-Free Brown Glass Wool Blanket

Shenzhou formaldehyde-free brown glass wool is produced using an improved version of the traditional centrifugal glass wool process. By optimizing the raw material formula and forming process, the result is a combination of continuous glass fibers and a new binder that is cured and formed to create a high-performance insulation material.

This glass wool completely eliminates chemical binders and contains no phenol, formaldehyde, urea, or other toxic substances. Instead, a fructose-based binder extracted from natural plant starch is used, making it especially suitable for applications with strict environmental standards or high occupancy. Typical applications include:

  • ·  Medical facilities and pharmaceutical workshops

  • ·  Sterile or aseptic environments

  • ·  High-end commercial buildings

  • ·  Internal and external insulation of air ducts

  • ·  Ceilings, exposed air ducts, and equipment insulation

  • ·  Sound absorption applications

In addition, it retains the key characteristics of traditional glass wool, including fire resistance, flexibility, elasticity, corrosion resistance, durability, and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation performance.
